“Identify Project Roles and Timelines” equips individuals who are new to or aspiring to lead projects with skills to effectively manage project roles and timelines. This class is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of tools to ensure role clarity and consistent progress and drive successful project execution.

Participants will begin by reviewing the project management lifecycle, gaining insights into the stages and key activities involved in managing projects from inception to completion. The class will then delve into the significance of clearly defined project roles and responsibilities, highlighting how this clarity can enhance team collaboration and project outcomes.

Learners will engage in group discussions to deepen their understanding. They will complete a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) chart to clarify team roles and a Gantt chart to visualize project timelines. These tools will help participants determine “what” project tasks are required, “who” is assigned to each task, and “when” those assignments should be fulfilled.
